The role involves solving business problems by analyzing complex data sets, creating reports, and coordinating with various teams to optimize portfolio and logistics processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate space data according to defined standards
- Create exception reports and oversee the validation and update process
- Process data change requests
- Create quarterly cost allocation report and oversee the validation of the allocation data
- Create ad-hoc reporting as requested
- Assist with metrics analysis and reporting in conjunction with the analytics team
- Assist with monthly and quarterly service line reporting
- Assist with documentation of new CAD/CAFM and data governance processes
- Work within PowerBI/TRIANA for trending, analytics reports, and headcount allocation
- Maintain work instructions for service line processes
