Job Title: Remote Special Education Case Manager (Full-Time) Location: Virtual Serving a Northern California School District School Year: 20252026 Job Summary: VocoVision is currently seeking a qualified Special Education Case Manager to provide virtual support for a high school caseload within a Northern California school district. This is a full-time, remote role available immediately and continuing through the end of the 20252026 academic year. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee all indirect special education services for assigned students remotely • Collaborate closely with school staff and on-site teams to develop, implement, and monitor student IEP goals • Track and report on student progress in alignment with district and state requirements Requirements: • Valid California Special Education Certification • Bachelors or Masters degree in Education or a related field • Previous experience working in a virtual education environment preferred • Must carry active professional liability insurance (1099 contractor requirement) Position Highlights: • High school student caseload • Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday • Independent contractor (1099) status • Immediate start date through the end of the 20252026 school year Ready to make a differencevirtually?
