Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a skilled Recruiter to join their client's team. This temporary position requires a motivated individual with strong recruiting experience in the insurance industry. The role offers the flexibility of working fully remote, with the opportunity for extension based on performance and team needs. Responsibilities • Preferred candidates have 5-10 years of insurance recruiting experience, focusing on employee benefits with high volume recruiting. • Experience in property, casualty, carrier, or broker industries is essential. • Responsible for managing 20+ requisitions. • Proficiency in using Dayforce ATS and LinkedIn for recruiting activities. Requirements • 5-10 years of high volume full-cycle recruiting in the Insurance industry.
