Nature of the Job:The Senior Agile Project Manager leads, coaches, and supports agile teams and vendor resources to successfully deliver projects and product implementations. The Sr. PM manages large-scale, complex initiatives from initiation to closure. The Sr. PM communicates with stakeholders, works with external vendors, facilitates discussions, and coordinates activities throughout the implementation. This includes daily hands-on management of activities utilizing Agile and Scrum based software development practices; with the additional responsibility of blending traditional project management practices. The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for contributing to the continuous improvement efforts of refining agile project management methodologies for the organization.Essential Responsibilities:

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
