Description We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Post closing analyst to join our team as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage post-closing processes and possess excellent attention to detail. As a Mortgage Post closing analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing mortgage loan documents and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities Audit loan files post funding and identify and remediate exceptions/errors. Verify loan terms, interest rates, borrower information, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Reviewing Closed loan documents to ensure compliance and identify any discrepancy. Collaborate with internal teams to address any discrepancies or issues identified during the review process and get resolution. Deliver electronic image files to investors and servicers as per their guidelines. Verify and analyse all necessary financial information and documentation. Basic Qualifications/ Skill Sets Any bachelor's degree. 1+ year experience in US Mortgage post-closing process Strong understanding of mortgage loan documentation, terms, and regulatory guidelines. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
