Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst Consultant with over 10 years of business analysis expertise, including 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (Fusion Incentives). We're looking for a strategic thinker who can deliver impactful solutions by bridging business goals with Oracle Fusion capabilities in incentive compensation The initial engagement is expected to last 3+ months, focused on detailed analysis and solution design, with a strong possibility of extension into a full implementation phase
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the analysis and design of incentive compensation solutions using Oracle Fusion.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation modules to align with business goals.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with development and QA teams.
• Facilitate user training, workshops, and change management activities.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation troubleshooting.
• Ensure solutions comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation.
• Deep understanding of incentive compensation structures, commission models, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Oracle Fusion certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with SAP compensation module
• Experience with ICM planning software
• Experience in industries such as technology, Ad sales , or financial services.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
