With a developing pipeline and increasing clinical activity, the organization is entering a key phase of execution and expansion.The Opportunity This is a high-impact role reporting into Clinical Operations leadership, with full ownership of global clinical trial execution. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners to ensure studies are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.With responsibility for:Leading global clinical trials from start-up through close-outManaging CROs and external vendors across complex study programsDriving operational strategy and execution in a lean environmentEnsuring high-quality delivery across timelines, budgets, and data integrityKey ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional Study Management Teams (SMTs) to deliver clinical trials aligned with program goalsAct as the primary point of contact for CROs, overseeing full-service and subcontracted activitiesManage vendor selection and oversight, including labs, imaging, and bone-specific endpointsEnsure clinical data is accurately captured, monitored, reconciled, and quality assuredContribute to key clinical documents (protocols, IBs, ICFs, CRFs, CSRs, annual reports)Oversee study plans including vendor oversight, TMF, risk, quality, and monitoring strategiesTrack study progress, timelines, budgets, and KPIs; proactively mitigate risksReview monitoring outputs and escalate issues to ensure compliance and executionEnsure studies are conducted in line with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirementsCompensation Base salary: $130,000 - $160,000
