The Sr. Director Corporate Strategy will develop and articulate a strategic blueprint for Seagate's long-term vision, growth priorities, and investment framework. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to maintain Seagate's leadership in the data storage industry. Requirements Develop and articulate a strategic blueprint that outlines Seagate's long-term vision, growth priorities, and investment framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives. Engage with external stakeholders, including industry analysts, investment banking, and technology partners, to gather insights and validate strategic assumptions. Lead the company's strategic planning process, ensuring cross-functional alignment across technology teams, business units, manufacturing, and corporate development. Drive the integration of strategic priorities into operational plans and support the development and tracking of objectives and key results. Conduct market research and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Assist the corporate development team with financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for investment opportunities and partnerships. Foster a high-performing team culture by managing, mentoring, and recruiting top talent.
