SR Finance Manager, Global Direct E-Commerce

Role Description This role involves supporting the Head of Global Direct E-Commerce (GDE) on a journey of consistent sales growth and profit improvement, while ensuring strong processes and controls are in place on financial planning & reporting. Support the Head of GDE and his team in making financially sound decisions, drive profitable sales growth and improve contribution margin. P&L ownership for the GDE Business. Business & financial performance analysis & reporting of the GDE business. Ensure plans reflected in the forecast submissions can be reasonably achieved and/or that material deviations to these plans are transparently communicated. Financial planning (short-term but also multi-year). Help improve communication & guidance with the Regions, to ensure harmonization in the way the GDE performance is being analyzed. Play a key finance advisory role in GDE development & expansion projects. Financial modeling of business opportunities. Business partnering with GDE teams. Guardian of GDE accounting rigor & compliance. Transform the way we collect, analyze & use underlying e-commerce data. Manage a small team of analysts who focus on the GDE underlying business drivers. Qualifications Masters Degree, with a specialization in Finance or Accounting. 10+ years in FP&A or ‘Business Finance’ roles, in international environments like FMCG, Consumers’ Electronics or PC industry. Previous finance experience supporting an online business (Highly preferred). People management experience (Highly preferred). Solid business acumen and judgment. Sound analytical skills. Ability to interpret data. Ability to do financial modeling & build business cases. Expert MS Excel / Gsheet user. Familiar with FP&A tools like Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP Analytics, etc. and BI tools like Tableau, Qlik sense, Power BI. Used to working in matrix/functional structures. Enjoy fast changing business context in an informal culture. Capable of bringing structure while enabling pace and control. Self-motivated. Familiar with multicultural context. At ease in communication with management. Fluent in English; any other language(s) a plus. Benefits
