Description  We are seeking a talented Prismic CMS Specialist/Front-End Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with Prismic headless CMS and modern front-end technologies to build and maintain content-driven web experiences for enterprise clients. You will work closely with client stakeholders and internal Rightpoint teams.  The role is centered around a defined technology stack including Next.js, Chakra UI, Prismic CMS, and AWS with CloudFront CDN. The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on Prismic CMS expertise, strong front-end skills, and is comfortable with content publishing workflows and incremental feature development. Candidates should be highly collaborative and motivated to grow their knowledge and expertise.  What You’ll Be Doing and The Impact You’ll Make  As a Prismic CMS Specialist / Front-End Developer you will lead front-end development and CMS operations for enterprise web projects. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:  Serve as the primary Prismic CMS specialist - build and maintain Slice Machine components, custom types, and content models that empower marketing teams to self-serve content updates  Manage content scheduling, preview environments, and publishing workflows within Prismic  Develop and maintain the Next.js (App Router) front end, including React Server Components, SSR, and ISR  Build and style UI components using Chakra UI, ensuring consistency with the existing design system  Implement new landing pages, feature sections, pricing tables, app listings, industry pages, and promotional banners  Ensure pixel-perfect, responsive layouts across all breakpoints (desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile)  Optimize images via Next/Image and the Prismic image CDN for fast load times (AVIF/WebP, lazy loading)  Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) and maintain high Lighthouse scores  Manage and troubleshoot the AWS hosting environment and CloudFront CDN configuration  Implement and maintain structured data (JSON-LD), meta tags, Open Graph, and canonical URLs for SEO  Integrate analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, ad platform tracking)  Ramp up quickly on existing codebases and ensure smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer  Collaborate with client product and marketing teams, as well as Rightpoint designers and project managers  Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative, high-quality engineering culture  What We’d Love to See  3–5+ years of professional front-end or full-stack web development experience  Strong, hands-on experience with Prismic CMS (Slice Machine, custom types, content modeling, @prismicio/client SDK, preview/release workflows)  Proficiency with React.js and Next.js (App Router, SSR, SSG, ISR, React Server Components)  Experience building and theming with Chakra UI (or similar component libraries such as Mantine or Material UI)  Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript  Working knowledge of AWS services (S3, CloudFront, Lambda@Edge or CloudFront Functions) for hosting and CDN management  Familiarity with SEO best practices, structured data, and web analytics integration  Experience with Git version control and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab)  Strong communication and teamwork skills - comfortable working with a remote, cross-functional team  Ability to work 45 hours per week as part of a dedicated client engagement  Some Cool Extra’s:  Prior agency experience supporting ongoing web operations and maintenance for enterprise clients  Experience onboarding onto an existing codebase and ramping up quickly  Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise product marketing websites  Experience with Nuxt or SvelteKit (other frameworks supported by Prismic)  Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization  Experience integrating third-party APIs (POS systems, advertising platforms, partner app ecosystems)  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing  Experience working in agile teams  Prismic or AWS certifications  Benefits and Perks at Rightpoint  30 Paid leaves  Public Holidays  Casual and open office environment  Flexible Work Schedule  Family medical insurance  Employee Life Insurance  Employee Accidental Insurance  Regular Cultural & Social Events including Diwali Party, Team Parties, Team outings, etc.  Continuous Training, Certifications, and Learning Opportunities  EEO Statement  Rightpoint, a Genpact Company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
