Sr. GRC Access Governance Analyst

About the position Responsibilities • Demonstrate strong knowledge of key Identity & Access Management principles and practices. • Collaborate with teams to guide a comprehensive Identity & Access Management Governance agenda. • Partner with Engineering, Security & IT to develop standards, metrics, and guidance for access management topics. • Manage Application & User Access Governance processes, including Roles, Role Memberships, and Lifecycle Workflows. • Oversee Access Management Controls, including User Access Reviews, ensuring risk coverage and prompt issue remediation. • Interpret policies and procedures to assess compliance with defined security standards. • Create process documentation, workflows, and process maps. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop solutions to introduce automation. Requirements • 5+ years of experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lifecycle and Governance processes. • 3+ years of experience working with IAM Platforms (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt). • Exposure to regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, SOC 2, ISO, NIST, PCI DSS). • Ability to understand complex ecosystems and associated security risks. • Strong problem-solving skills for complex, systemic issues. • Excellent storytelling skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Experience in optimizing processes for scalability.
