Sr Human Resources Generalist - 3rd Shift Opportunity

As a key stakeholder, you will play a vital role in driving excellence in all facets of the human resources function at our state-of-the-art facility in Franklin, WI. Key Responsibilities: Assist the HR Manager in all aspects of the plant's human resources function, including recruitment, policy administration, employee relations, payroll, safety, training, and development Maintain regular floor presence and direct contact with employees and supervisors to monitor the employee environment and address concerns Accurately maintain plant training records and report any training gaps or required training to management Develop and maintain solid working relationships with individuals at all levels Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of HR and recruiting experience, with payroll experience a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred HR-related work experience in the manufacturing industry required Strong leadership, communication, presentation, problem-solving, organization, and time management skills Current knowledge of legal requirements for human resources, labor, and safety What We Offer: Competitive salary range: $70,050 - $91,950 Comprehensive benefit programs, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, EAP, 401k, and employee share options Employee recognition and incentive programs Opportunities to contribute to your community via a VTO program and plant engagement activities A smoke-free campus that promotes a healthy and wellness-focused lifestyle How to Apply: Seize this opportunity to make a significant impact.
