What you will do: The candidate will be responsible for the full Recruiting cycle, including job postings, search in databases and recruitment in alternative sources according to the profile worked, CVs reviews, screenings and resumes assembly for client delivery. Follow-up of the candidate throughout the selection process, implementing actions that generate an excellent experience in each of them. Work in new candidates sources as needed, guaranteeing obtaining qualified candidates for open positions. Collaborate in the implementation of actions to guarantee development, motivation and an excellent work environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or advanced studies in Psychology, Human resources, Labor Relations or similar. At least 3 years experience in HR among the IT industry. Relevant experience as an IT Recruiter. Experience with search engines (LinkedIn, GitHub). Experience working with ATS like Greenhouse or similar. Fluent in English is required. Resilient: ability to handle market/client changes Ability to build and maintain relationships with talented candidates. Negotiation Skills, not afraid to have complex conversations.
