In this role, you will:
- Develop cutting-edge data pipelines, optimization, and simulation models to design and operate our global supply chain efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to gather inputs and understand business processes
- Utilize operations research methodologies to solve complex business problems and provide insights to leadership teams
- Interpret results from models and develop clear, concise inferences to influence decision-making with senior leadership teams
About You:
- 4-year degree in quantitative disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent experience
- PhD or MS in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in retail supply chain or equivalent domain experience
- Demonstrated industry experience in probability, statistics, optimization, and simulation
- Strong experience in SQL and programming in Python or R
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain concepts, including forecasting, inventory planning, optimization, and logistics
