The Adjustments Team is responsible for processing all payroll adjustments related to time interface files, BDC sessions, locked and simulation items, off-cycle payments, car allowances, processing uploads, running payroll simulations and partnering with various business units on pay issues. What You Will Do • Process payroll adjustments and resolve complex pay issues • Run simulations, clear locked reports and work with business partners to resolve issues • Manage OT recalcs, GUSR, APRO, and Guild files • Process SAP UP batches, BDC errors, and save payments • Track metrics for Adjustments processes • Attend monthly calls with Labor & Time Teams and present metrics • Assist with banking, garnishments, quotas, deductions, separations, and in other areas when needed • Special projects as needed Required Qualifications & Skills • Minimum 1-year Payroll experience • Understanding of off-cycle processing, payroll adjustments, and various payroll deductions • Ability to research and resolve pay issues • PC knowledge - Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Strong understanding of payroll rules • Strong understanding of paid time off practices and separation rules • Demonstrated strong customer service skills • Ability to handle high-volume work in a deadline driven environment and prioritize work • Ability to follow verbal instructions and take accurate, fast notes • Simultaneously handle multiple tasks with accuracy • Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure • Effective communicator, both verbal and written • Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible Preferred Qualifications • Work experience with large employer with more than 20,000 employees • Shared Services environment • Alteryx experience • SAP experience • CPP Certification Education • B.A or B.S degree in Business, HR, Finance, or Accounting Apply Job!
