Sr. Payroll Specialist

Advanced MS Excel users only, as you'll be working with and manipulating large amounts of data at a time. This opportunity comes with an extremely competitive salary compensation, growth opportunities, along with excellent benefits. • *Only candidates in EST will be considered** Responsibilities: • Initiate, process, and monitor all payroll activities between centers • Assist with the coordination efforts between departments including payroll, hr, benefits, and finance/accounting. • Provide biweekly reporting to management teams ad-hoc reporting requests. • Assist with reconciliations of payroll prior to final submission for approvals • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • 5+ years of demonstrated experience with multistate payroll and tax functions • UKGPro or UltiPro proficiency is highly preferred • Current payroll laws and regulations knowledge • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems • Ability to problem solve and thrive in a fast paced environment • Ability to prioritize and multitask with a strong attention to detail • Excellent communication skills If you are interested in growing your career and joining a fantastic, supportive team, please apply above or email your resume (in Word) Should you meet the qualifications of the above position you will be contacted for interview.
