Sr. Product Manager, Seller Experience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to drive product development and launch processes. Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Define and communicate product requirements, specifications, and timelines to all stakeholders. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Develop and maintain relationships with sellers, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve the seller experience. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain eBay's competitive edge. Mentor and provide guidance to junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
