Position Overview:

Bloom, the insurance industry’s trusted growth partner, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sr. Program Manager to take the reins of one of our high-impact Telesales programs. In this role, you’ll lead a team of talented call center agents and frontline leadership, driving performance, engagement, and operational excellence from the ground up.

Performance is at the heart of this role and team, with a constant focus on optimizing outcomes of conversion-ready leads. As a leader, you’ll be relentlessly evaluating data, assessing call flows, and modifying the team’s sales approach to drive success.
