SR. QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST

The SR. QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST (REMOTE) position provides support to Compass Group business groups in responding to foodborne illness, food-related injury, and product defects/contamination. The candidate will investigate complaints, determine the root cause of incidents, and recommend preventive measures. Requirements • Respond to and investigate complaints of foodborne illness, food-related injury, and product defects/contamination. • Determine the root cause of substantiated allegations while minimizing product exposure and production downtime. • Ensure appropriateness of corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Report on findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
