Role: Sr. SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB 2.0) & Employee Central Consultant Location: USA - Remote Experience: 11+ Yrs. Key Responsibilities: SuccessFactors ONB Senior Consultant: SucessFactors certifications in ONB 2.0 and Employee Central 2. Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment. Designing and Implementing of end to end ONB 2.0 Process from ONB 1.0 4. Exposure to System Development,analysis and testing 5. Experience in working with ONB Integrations to other upstream and downstream systems Good-to-Have 1. Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module 2. Knowledge in integrating ONB 2.0 to third party System 3. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements. SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes 2 Good understanding of ONB processes in global organization 3 Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment. 4 Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors 5 Ability to hold design session and conduct workshop Mandatory Certification: Certified SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB 2.O) is required.
