We are looking for a strategic and tactical thinker who has a growth mindset and track record crafting experience strategies, designing and developing customized customer experience and employee experience solutions powered by best-in-class digital platforms. What You Will Be Doing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand their business objectives, user needs, and market requirements,providing strategic design insights and direction Plan andconduct user research, usability testing, and/or competitive analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user-centric solutions Lead Visual Design effortsfrom initial concepts to a refined design withminimal guidance; mentor junior designers when appropriate Independentlyexecute on Wireframes & Prototypes (low, mid, and high fidelity) withminimalguidance & coaching Deliver on multiple workstreams or accounts at the same time,while managing priorities and timelines effectively Act asan advocate for the user-centric design at our company Contributemeaningfullyto the company’s Design culture,helping to evolve best practices and standards What You Will Bring: 4–8 yearsof UI/UX Design experience, preferably within a consulting or agency environment A digital portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects andhigh-qualityuser experiences is required Proficiency in designing and prototyping in Figma and/orAdobe XD Hands-on experienceusing design methods such as Heuristic Evaluations, Design Thinking workshops to build empathy for our users Working knowledge of Design Systems, with experience maintaining or contributing to a system at scale Ability to design acrossa variety of digital channels, including the Web.
