You'll play a pivotal role within a cross-functional team, ensuring research insights effectively inform product design and development. Communication of research outcomes will be key, necessitating strong presentation skills and the use of various artifacts to make complex data easily understandable.Key Responsibilities :Plan, lead, and execute comprehensive research studies across web and mobile applications.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, integrating research insights into both the product definition and design stages.Develop and present compelling presentations, charts, and visuals to communicate research findings.Employ a broad repertoire of research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, and concept testing.Utilize and manage tools like UserTesting, Qualtrics, and OptimalWorkshop for research purposes.Must-Have Skills :Experienced in a variety of research methodologies with a focus on qualitative research.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to distill complex concepts.Capability to work independently, solving problems with a positive, proactive attitude.Industry Experience :A strong background in web-based and mobile app development environments is preferred.Educational background or significant experience in Cognitive Science, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is required.Additional Requirements :This role accommodates any US-based time zone and does not require travel.The candidate should be comfortable working on a Mac, although arrangements for a PC may be considered.The position offers the potential for extension or transition to a full-time role based on performance and budget availability. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
