Job Description:
• Manage all general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Lead the month-end and quarter-end close processes, preparing timely and accurate financial statements.
• Oversee billing, collections, vendor payments, and expense reporting with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain reconciliations for all key accounts, ensuring financial integrity across global entities.
• Support revenue recognition and cost allocation linked to infrastructure operations, datacenter leases, and hardware spend.
• Streamline accounting workflows and introduce automation to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP standards and internal controls while coordinating with tax and audit partners as needed.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to align financial processes with operational realities.
• Maintain clear, organized documentation and assist in preparing management reports and audit support schedules.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or similar credential preferred)
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including experience in fast-paced or scaling organizations
• Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Experience with multi-entity or international accounting is a plus
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently in a distributed team environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
