Staff Accountant @ High Growth Ride Tech Firm

They are seeking an accounting professional to join their team. This role will be reporting to the Controller and head of the team working with Operations, Brandling, Sales, Operations, Legal, and HR. Duties: ? Assist in month-end reconciliation of balance sheet accounts ? Research all vendor discrepancies and follows up on all adjustments ? Review all Accounting transactions and invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment received ? Post and code all invoices into the accounting software system ensuring careful accuracy and precision ? Update weekly check register in a timely and efficient manner ? Research all vendor discrepancies and follows up on all adjustments ? Fields accounts receivable inquiries from internal customers and external vendors ? File and maintain all paid and unpaid invoices and statements ? Provide analytical, administrative, clerical and project support to accounting department and management Skills/Qualifications: ? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is preferably ? Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience ? Understanding in Balance Sheet, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger ? Netsuite ERP experience is preferred The estimated base salary range for this position is $65,000-75,000. Apply Job!
