Staff Accountant – Payroll Specialist (Remote) Luna Physical Therapy is seeking a Staff Accountant – Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing, tax compliance, benefits reconciliation, and key accounting functions. This role ensures accurate payroll execution while supporting financial reporting and month-end close processes. If you have 1+ years of payroll and accounting experience, proficiency in ADP and NetSuite, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, apply today! How you will have an impact • Prepare bank reconciliations and match NetSuite transactions. • Manage corporate credit card programs and reconcile transactions. • Process bi-weekly payroll, review reports, and compile GL entries. • Review timesheets for accuracy and compliance with state labor laws. • Maintain time off policies in ADP. • Assist People Operations with hires, terminations, and promotions. • Support benefits enrollment and reconcile benefits invoices with payroll deductions. • Maintain state payroll tax accounts and set up new accounts as needed. • Process accounts payable, including invoices and expense reports. • Maintain supporting payroll documentation. • Implement process improvements to streamline functions. • Support year-end closing and assist with ad hoc projects.
