Key responsibilities in your new role
Prioritize, Hunt, Nurture and Scale existing / new I2C3 BD rising stars customer base in Malaysia
To nurture relationships with key stakeholders from key and selected I2C3 SMD customers for revenue and design sockets maximization
Drive in-country selected applications G2M tactics & growth plan for rising stars: collaborate with various internal stakeholders to scale
Key Scopes of work under above tasks :
1) SCALABLE customers & Opportunities Identifications & Scouting
Involves prospecting, qualifying leads, and coordinating with internal partners, Disti channels to convert leads into new customers
Scout “untapped” customers with scalable potentials for I2C3 segments
Go wide to expand new customer base with deep collaboration with DEM sales team, Inside Sales and distribution partners
To utilize and maximize existing and new channels including market analysis and intelligence, news, networking and Inside Sales
2) Shaping the Market
To identify market shaping opportunities that will help to strengthen Infineon branding in Malaysia
Scout for collaborative opportunities by building strategic partnerships and alliances with universities, ecosystem partners and ministries
3) Market & Applications Scoping
Identifying new & growth opportunities, focus applications trends in country, setting targets, and implementing strategies to achieve growth targets
Involves assessing the potential impact of disruptive technologies and integrating them into the organization's growth strategies for Malaysia
Establish ecosystem understanding in-country and drive tactics to develop for mid-long term business success for I2C3
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
Degree level in engineering
Proficiency both written and speaking in English, Malay with background in Business Development (BD) role preferred
Good knowledge and have shown experience in utilizing digital tools (AI) for both work, market & customer scouting
Remote working based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
