Core Skills & Competencies - Analytical Mindset: Passion for digging into data, spotting trends, and making evidence‑based recommendations. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while executing with meticulous attention to detail. - Collaboration & Influence: Skilled at building consensus, navigating ambiguity, and championing initiatives across matrixed teams. - Customer‑Centricity: Deep empathy for the end‑user and an unwavering focus on delivering delightful experiences. - Adaptability: Thrive in a startup‑within‑a‑large‑company environment where priorities shift rapidly. - Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
