High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience in a classroom or childcare setting preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to follow teacher instructions and school procedures
Must pass background checks and meet district compliance requirements
Availability on short notice and flexibility in schedule
Support instruction and classroom management during staff absences
Assist students with activities, assignments, and behavior management
Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, playgrounds, or lunchrooms
Provide one-on-one or small group assistance as directed
Maintain a safe and respectful learning environment
Perform administrative or clerical tasks as needed by teaching staff
Flexible, part-time schedule (as needed/on-call basis)
