Supply Chain Assistant

Sleep Studio has established omni-channel distribution through big-box and e-commerce retailers and is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant to help support our continued growth and become an integral part of our team! You will assist in our supply chain function as well as other operations and logistics responsibilities. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Assist with inventory level monitoring and purchasing • Purchase order writing and invoice processes • Order fulfillment and shipment planning • Weekly inventory reconciliation and maintenance • Work within our EDI and ERP platforms • Assist with shipping/routing process and paperwork • Communication with factories and 3PLs • Assist with special projects ​Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 2+ years’ experience in ecommerce, wholesale or retail operations in a similar role • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • Great analytic and Excel skills • Experience with Netsuite or another ERP • Experience with EDI platforms a plus • Experience with Amazon and Shopify a plus • Experience with 3PLs a plus • High attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills What we offer: • Unlimited Vacation • Health, Dental, Vision, Pet Insurance, plus more! • 401k • 24/7 Employee Assistance Program • Paid Parental Leave • Generous Employee Discounts on products • Casual work environment Company DescriptionSleep Studio is a well-established brand offering products to improve people's lives through better sleep.
