Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Deal Scout to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and fostering relationships to drive sales growth. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong background in technology sales and account management. Duties • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. • Engage in cold calling to initiate contact with prospective customers. • Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting sales activities. • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively. • Upsell products and services to existing clients to maximize revenue. • Collaborate with the inside sales team to develop strategic sales plans. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on leads promptly. • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Experience • Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred. • Background in retail sales or direct sales is a plus. • Familiarity with account management practices and upselling techniques. • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
