About the Role Join MONARCH as a Behavioral Health Technician – Child Crisis, $17.25/hr in United States. Make a Difference in Someone’s Life! Key Responsibilities • Provide care to individuals receiving services in a manner that ensures safety, client’s rights, confidentiality, comfort, dignity and a therapeutic environment. • Carry out functions that contribute to the effectiveness and safety of the unit including crisis intervention, taking vital signs, observation of individuals receiving services. • Demonstrate responsible for maintaining inventory supplies and make appropriate requisitions. • Ensure an environment conducive to recovery consistent with SRMH/DD/SAS and Crisis Services philosophy and best practice. Requirements • Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures, as well as state and federal statutes and regulations related to specific program areas. • Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations. • Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. • Drive and travel as required. Education We're Looking For: High School Diploma (Required) Certifications We're Looking For: Drivers License (Valid) Benefits & Compensation • Salary: $17.25/hr • PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).
