They are seeking a Swedish or Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via phone and email, assisting with travel bookings, and ensuring a smooth journey for customers.
Responsibilities
- Bringing great customer service to the customers via phone and e-mail
- Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings and more
- Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
Skills
- Fluent in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
- Good command of English
- Excellent Danish or Swedish language skills (C1 level, both spoken and written)
- Good English language skills (B2 level)
- Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to help find solutions and provide answers to customer inquiries
