Job Details: Title: Syndigo/Riversand MDM Tech Lead Location: Remote 12-month contract - W2 Only Any Visa(except OPT, CPT) Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and own the technical delivery of the MDM migration program from legacy systems to Riversand/Syndigo. Design scalable, performant, and secure MDM architecture and integration patterns. Develop and configure Riversand/Syndigo MDM and PIM modules, including workflows, data models, data governance rules, and enrichment pipelines. Work closely with data governance, business, and integration teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Define and implement data migration strategies, cleansing, mapping, and transformation approaches. Collaborate with ETL, API, and integration teams for data onboarding and syndication. Set up data quality metrics, validation checks, and governance workflows in the MDM platform. Provide technical leadership to the team, review code/configurations, and ensure best practices. Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure high system reliability. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and SOPs. Must Haves: 8+ years of experience in enterprise data platforms, including 3+ years in Riversand or Syndigo MDM/PIM solutions. Strong experience in MDM implementation/migration programs, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or CPG domains. Proficiency in data modeling, master data domains (product, customer, vendor), and data lifecycle management. Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and scripting within Riversand/Syndigo. Strong knowledge of API integration, JSON, XML, data syndication, and RESTful services. Solid grasp of data quality, stewardship workflows, hierarchy management, and governance best practices. Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform), CI/CD, and DevOps pipelines. Strong analytical and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
