- Participate in and support capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with end-users and department managers.
- Responsible for the support of Windows server applications, systems and network environments.
- Experience with running and maintaining scripting, i.e PowerShell.
- Responsible for OS patching/upgrades; Software installs/upgrades, and Channels and Builds.
- Perform and Review system backup procedures around M365 Suite, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s retention, disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Integrate servers, including database, e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated software into enterprise systems.
- Working knowledge of the skills required to provision, manage, monitor, and decommission onprem/cloud services for Infrastructure.
- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
- Actively contribute to ongoing projects in the I.T.
- Administer and manage Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, Intune, Exchange online, M365, Win10/11, Azure Infrastructure, Key Vault, Virtual Machines, Replication, Storage Accounts, Enterprise Application and Application Registration.
- Prioritize the ongoing changes with M365, Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, Copilot Chat, PowerPoint, SharePoint Online, Teams, Forms, Planner, Bookings, Project, Visio, Whiteboard, etc.
- Prepare Communications of changes to end users, documentation for reference with Knowledge Articles for end user and IT users.
- Microsoft 365 Administrator plays an essential role in ensuring that an organization’s Microsoft 365 suite is configured, maintained, and optimized to meet the evolving needs of the business and its users.

- Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services and connectivity issues, using tools like the Microsoft 365 admin center and PowerShell scripts to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for the integration of third-party services and applications with the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless interoperability and enhancing the platform’s capabilities.
- Manage communications and connection solutions, including workstation connectivity, local area networks, company Web site, intranet, and Internet applications.
- Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on workstations/end users in mass might encounter. Escalate incidents as necessary.
