Learn more @ www.zeta.tech , careers.zeta.tech , Linkedin , Twitter Responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Associate (1 year Contract), you will work with a team of seasoned talent scouts to identify and onboard "A" players for our expanding teamacross our multiple offices and functions. Partner with senior team members and hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs. Develop a sourcing strategy in partnership with your seniors and hiring managers through market insights to enable talent decisions. Influence candidates & business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization. Manage end to end recruitment process. Manage the selection process to ensure the best candidate experience. Create compelling offer proposals and manage post-offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless on-boarding. Contribute to the various Talent acquisition initiatives & programs. Build & maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research. Skills Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Ability to build & analyze reports. Have strong candidate interviewing skills. Understanding of recruitment process & systems. Process oriented: Demonstrable commitment to defining, documenting and following processes and workflows Education & Experience Bachelor's/Master's degree with minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment for technology business Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal, social media & employee referral) Experience in candidate assessment and management.
