The role We are hiring aggressively and need to strengthen our internal recruitment team with a best-in-the-industry Talent Acquisition Manager. We are looking for a seasoned headhunter who can secure candidates for some of the most unique and challenging roles in the tech industry. This role is for you if you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy bold and ambitious projects, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment for (primarily) technical roles (C++, Python, DevOps, Trading Ops, Quant). Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies. Build and own talent pipelines: headhunting, sourcing, events, referrals, and external agency coordination. Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offer negotiations and onboarding. Improve recruiting operations: ATS processes, candidate experience, and hiring analytics dashboards. Help shape a scalable recruiting infrastructure and playbook. Represent Sparkland externally with professionalism and authenticity in a competitive market. Requirements: 3–6 years of technical recruiting experience in tech companies; experience in HFT recruitment is a major plus. Extreme ownership mindset: proactive, uncomfortable with inefficiencies, and eager to fix anything that hinders speed or quality. Proven success in sourcing and closing technical talent, especially in low-latency and trading-related roles. Strong stakeholder management skills with business and engineering leaders; able to disagree constructively and lead talent-related discussions with confidence. Structured and detail-oriented.
