About the position Responsibilities • Responsible for full lifecycle recruitment, sourcing, and hiring of caregivers. • Develops and manages consultative relationships with hiring managers and operational stakeholders. • Provides reporting and regular status updates to recruitment leadership and hiring managers. • Mentors and trains others while maintaining positive relationships. • Nurtures personal and professional networks to develop active and passive talent pipelines. • Develops and leads focused recruitment strategies based on departmental needs. • Establishes and maintains ongoing relationships with hiring managers to tailor recruitment solutions. • Trains hiring managers on recruitment and interviewing processes. • Designs and leads long-term sourcing and networking initiatives. • Executes recruitment plans by sourcing and recruiting well-qualified candidates. • Uses high-touch customer service recruitment strategies to attract caregivers. • Coordinates the selection process including screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers. • Interfaces with operational leaders to provide recruitment assistance and ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Collaborates with the HR Partner Organization to maintain retention strategies. • Promotes PeaceHealth at recruitment functions and collects data on demographics and hiring activity. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience. • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. • Experience recruiting for critical hard-to-fill positions in various operational support and clinical areas. • Experience using various sourcing techniques including the Internet and community resources. • Previous Human Resources experience or HR degree preferred. • Certified Professional Human Resources and/or Certified Senior Professional Human Resources preferred. • Strong communication skills. • Knowledge of full lifecycle recruitment process and employment laws. • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Nice-to-haves • Experience in healthcare recruiting for critical positions. • Knowledge of labor unions and human resource functional areas.
