Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your responsibilities will include: Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry to senior-level roles across departments Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business context Source candidates creatively using referrals, job boards, and networking Maintain a proactive pipeline and manage 8+ requisitions simultaneously Contribute to employer branding, university programs, and referral initiatives Track recruitment metrics for strategic analysis OK, I'm interested... but is this really the job for me? Other qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include: 5+ yearsof experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR business partnering. Proven success infull-cycle recruitingacross various functions or geographies. Experience recruiting for global sales roles (pre-sales, direct, channel, marketing and customer success) Familiarity withtalent analytics,employer branding, andrecruitment marketing. Background inconsulting with senior leadersand driving hiring decisions aligned with business strategy.
