We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is proficient in leveraging the latest recruitment technologies to identify, attract, and engage top-tier global talent. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts by sourcing and attracting highly qualified candidates for diverse tech positions. Key Responsibilities: Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to pre-onboarding Defining the best talent strategies and a tailored approach for the recruitment process Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure the best hiring outcomes Tracking and managing candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline using our ATS (TeamTailor) and other tools Continuously improving recruitment processes using the latest tools and industry best practices What You Bring: 2+ years of recruitment experience in talent acquisition across international markets Experience in sourcing and networking with candidates via multiple professional channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, etc Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in multiple positions simultaneously Analytical skills with the ability to present market insights that drive and influence decision-making Strong communication & negotiation skills Proactive, self-driven approach to work Fluency in English and Russian This is a full-time remote position.
