Apply directly here: What Youll Do Own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume roles (operations, entry-level, offshore, and support). Source top talent through creative channels LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, and direct outreach. Build and manage candidate pipelines with clear metrics and predictable hiring velocity. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and prioritize hiring needs. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience communicate promptly, clearly, and professionally. Use data and tools (Airtable, Google Sheets, ATS systems like Manatal or Workable) to track performance and hiring metrics. Continuously optimize the recruiting process for efficiency and scalability. Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Client Success to support account growth and staffing demands. You Might Be a Great Fit If You: Have 2-5 years of experience in high-volume or startup recruitment. Have worked in remote-first or fast-scaling companies and know how to build from scratch. Move with urgency and ownership you treat recruiting like sales: pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions. Are resourceful you get things done even with lean tools and systems.
