Proven track record of filling in vacancies for different roles. Proficiency in conducting competency-based/performance-based interviews and other selection methods. Hands-on experience of using various recruitment channels and sourcing techniques Strong problem-solving skills Drive for result and ability work independently. Excellent communication, listening and persuasion skills Curiosity and growth mindset. What you will be doing Full cycle of recruiting from sourcing to negotiating offers. Deeply understand our products/business and build strong working relationships with the management team and hiring managers. Fill positions of various levels independently and with the help of your team. Work with hiring managers to define and clarify hiring needs as well as to build a successful sourcing strategy. Proactively building strategic talent pools for critical roles by utilizing various recruiting and sourcing strategies Guide candidates through the hiring processes.
