Our current vacancy | Full-time | Long-term | REMOTE Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance. Source and identify qualified candidates using various platforms (Linkedin Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, databases, etc.). Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit. Develop and implement aggressive hiring strategies to meet the company’s rapid growth needs. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Promote the company’s culture and values to attract high-quality candidates. Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular updates to the Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager and other stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies. Requirements At least 3-5 years of proven experience in sourcing, recruiting or headhunting, preferably within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry. Strong sourcing and networking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and startup environment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Teamtailor) and recruitment software (Linkedin Recruiter). Proficiency in English is essential.
