Job Overview We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our dynamic team from a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: • Strategize and execute recruitment plans to meet staffing requirements. • Utilize various sourcing methods to develop a strong pipeline of candidates. • Screen applicants through resumes, assessments, and interviews. • Guide the interview, selection, and onboarding process. • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations. Qualifications: • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition or a related HR role. • Deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Content Management Systems (CMS). • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced remote environment.
