We are currently looking for High-Volume Talent Advisors (Recruiters). In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our RPO client by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-performing door to door sales telecommunication professionals. Youll be tasked with filling a large volume of positions quickly and efficiently while ensuring that each candidate experience is positive and aligns with our company culture. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume sales roles, from screening to interviewing and extending offers. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing sales hiring needs across multiple regions. Collaboration: Partner closely with the PS Strategy Team and our Client's Sales Leaders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and hiring processes. Data-Driven Recruitment: Using our proprietary software, Hiregate, utilize recruitment metrics and reporting to continuously improve hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience. Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding. Your Qualifications should include: Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally within sales or a related field. Strong understanding of sales roles and the ability to assess candidate potential effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence both candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
