Source and recruit a continuously expanding pool of new and relevant modelsCollaborate with model agencies to discover and onboard fresh talent to enhance the Shein model roster. Identify, build, and nurture relationships with social media influencers and VIP collaborators. Build and maintain strong relationships with models and agency, ensuring their professional development. Manage rate cards and budgets for models; oversee contract negotiations, fees, and schedules to ensure they are competitive and equitable. Coordinate and oversee model casting sessions in collaboration with the in-house team. Collaborate with clients and in house teams to understand their needs. Recommend suitable models based on client requirements. Communicate client needs to influencers, creating clear UGC content guidelines and managing the delivery of these assets Manage the casting calendar and coordinate schedules to avoid conflicts. Handle all logistics, including travel, accommodation, and necessary paperwork for models when applicable. Responsibility for the wellbeing of models, ensuring high standards of care and welfare are upheld in all settings. Flexible and responsive approach to casting as projects develop, with a focus on problem-solving and excelling in a fast-paced environment. Handle any model-related concerns with professionalism, aligning with Shein’s policies and guidelines. Maintain accurate records of casting. Ensure compliance with contracts, agency policies, and legal requirements. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging model talent, competitive rates, new social media platforms, rising influencers, and media outlets to identify opportunities for VIP collaborations and brand promotion. Job Requirements 3+ years of experience in model booking, talent management, or a related field. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of the fashion, entertainment, and advertising industries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking software. A keen eye for talent and industry trends. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
