Remote | Full-time contract | Must be available to work US hours (EST) About the Role We’re hiring a Talent Operations Associate to support our fast-growing recruitment team. This is a full-time contract role (40 hours/week) ideal for someone early in their career with a strong interest in recruiting, operations, or HR. You’ll work alongside senior recruiters to help deliver an exceptional candidate experience while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You won’t be reviewing resumes or sourcing candidates — instead, you’ll focus on owning operational workflows , handling candidate communications , and helping us run efficient, scalable hiring campaigns . You’ll also have the opportunity to shape how we work by providing feedback on tools, templates, and processes. About Us Rockstar blends human support and GenAI to deliver high-quality, flexible, and affordable recruiting solutions for smaller employers. Our clients typically have fewer than 50 employees and use our service to hire great talent for under $2K per role (~2–3% of first-year salary). We’re growing quickly and building a new kind of recruiting infrastructure for small businesses. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts Respond to candidate inquiries and communicate with professionalism and empathy Coordinate and track email campaigns to ensure timely candidate outreach Monitor candidate scheduling, reschedules, and confirmations to keep the process on track Provide feedback on communication templates, scheduling processes, and campaign tools to help us improve efficiency Collaborate with US- and PH-based team members to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin/ops — ideally post-college and in a business setting Excellent written English and comfort communicating with US-based candidates and teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you keep things moving and nothing falls through the cracks A proactive mindset — you see inefficiencies and suggest better ways to work Comfortable working during US business hours (EST) Bonus: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or email campaign tools (but not required) The Details Type: Full-time contract (40 hours/week) Schedule: Must overlap with US business hours (EST) Location: Remote — candidates based in the Philippines are strongly encouraged to apply Growth: Opportunity to grow with the team and take on more responsibility over time Why Join Us?
