Position: Tandem Consultant Location Alpharetta, GA or Wilmington, DE, New Jersey - ideally 5 days onsite (Remote option can be explored for right resources) Duration: Long Term Job Summary The Technical lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using python, C++, and Java. The primary objective is to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality technical solutions within the specified timelines. (1.) Key Responsibilities 1. Lead a team of developers in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. 2. Design and architect software solutions using python, c++, and java based on project requirements. 3. Ensure code quality by conducting code reviews, testing, and debugging. 4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate and implement software solutions. 5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. 6. Stay updated with the latest technological trends and best practices in python, c++, and java development. 7. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. Skill Requirements 1. Proficiency in python, c++, and java programming languages. 2. Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. 3. Experience in leading and managing a team of developers. 4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment. 7. Knowledge of sdlc methodologies and agile practices. Certifications: Relevant certifications in python, C++, or Java would be a plus.
