We are seeking several full-time Entry Level Tax Associates to join our June 2025 group in either our Parsippany, NJ, New York City, NY, or Ewing, NJ office location. As a Tax Associate, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with our experienced professionals to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere and achieve a better work-life balance.
To succeed in this role, you must be motivated, have the ability to multi-task, and be organized. You should maintain a positive attitude, be cooperative, and flexible about the type of work assigned and in assisting other team members with assignments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with clients and colleagues.
To excel as a Tax Associate, you should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple assignments simultaneously. Proficiency in tax software and research technology tools is also essential, as well as a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
