Responsibilities • Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. , • Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation. , • Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries. , • Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers. , • Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns. , • Experience using commercial tax preparation software. , • Possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds. , • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). , • Dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. , • Willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
