TAX PRO (real estate & expats) and BOOK KEEPER

I am looking for two (maybe one) people to support my firm: TAX PRO and a BOOKKEEPER who can clean up messy books & recons (QuickBooks). TAX PRO I need a tax pro I can lean on for more complex returns and clients. Till now, I've been able to research and figure things out, but I'm starting to get referrals and I need someone I can work with long-term and grow my company. Right now I've got a couple of clients I am too busy to help: ---Expat ---Someone who who wants to start a short term Airbnb (loophole around passive income rules less than 7 days) BOOKKEEPER I've got a client who's got bank recons that area messy going back a year or two. Will also be trying to grow the BK side of the business, so there may be more work in the future. • **Background*** I am a CPA and I've been getting a few referrals lately and I am spread pretty thin. My accounting firm isn't the only thing I do - I have other projects that take up my time, but I am still interested in growing the firm. I have decided to start accepting more clients and putting in effort to add on even more. • ** This will probably start small - one job here and there. Once a month, or a quarter. • **Pay arrangements** I am not a low-baller, when I've worked with others I always try to pay on the higher end of the normal pay ranges. However, I am generally looking to pay about 50% of what I quote to the client and have you support my firm. I need someone easy to work with who is a little flexible in order to keep my clients happy.
